David Lotterer

The National Wildlife Refuges were unlike any other place I had ever visited. 
From the numerous mountain ranges to the 24 hours of sunlight-the exotic conditions
found in these areas made the NWR system, for me, that much more significant. 
In addition to the knowledgeable refuge staff, the land offered an opportunity to observe numerous species of birds and mammals.
