CAC has been an absolutely amazing experience.  
It gave me a chance to see how precious wetlands are to hundreds
of species and how they are habitats that need to be preserved.  
The shear number of animals that rely on these areas is unbelievable.

The best part of CAC was that it put me face to face with the reason for conservation.  
Seeing a wild horse in its natural habitat, encountering a manatee swimming in the water right beside me,
and having an eagle soaring overhead—I mean it was probably the most inspirational experience of my life.  
To now go on to share what I have learned with the next generation of students is phenomenal opportunity.
 Maybe, just maybe, they will become as inspired as well.  Only good can come from that.
