After traveling to Australia, I am now in love with the biodiversity of life that I experienced while I was there. I have seen everything from the lush rainforests to more arid climates and I appreciate each and every species that call these places home. I have also seen firsthand the loss of habitat of these species through such factors like global warming and human encroachment on habitat. I am now convinced that it is my job to teach people about the loss of habitat and how it affects the animals not just in Australia but around the world.

 CAC has also allowed me to meet and become friends with some amazing people. Through our shared experiences in Australia we were able to bond and become a close-knit group of people. I am so grateful for this opportunity.
