The North American Prairie is
among the most beautiful places in the world. It
consists of miles and miles of flat grasslands,
surrounded by wonderful hills. Being out on the prairie
is like being alone in world of beauty, where you can
relax and think about the world around you. If you climb
a hill surrounding the plains, you can look down upon a
magnificent region that extends as far as you can see,
and eventually fades away into the horizon.
The sky is one of the things that
is almost indescribable about the experience of being in
the prairie. We now know that one should never have to
look up to see the sky. It is far better when it is
everywhere around you.
