This CAC original video production was filmed on location in Costa Rica. The program begins by introducing the viewer to the wonderful diversity of life that exists in tropical rainforests. It covers challenges to the preservation of forested areas that exist in the modern world. It ends on an upbeat assessment of the many positive steps that are being taken in Costa Rica and elsewhere, and on the positive things that students themselves can do in their own lives to promote rainforest conservation.
