Create habitats

Wherever you live, there are animals around you that need food, water and space.

You can create a mini habitat for them. Think about squirrels and birds. But also think about bats and frogs, ants and moles.

Even an apartment patio can provide a habitat for wildlife. Think about insects and spiders.

In your own backyard, provide food, shelter, water and places to rear young. Even if you just set a small area of your yard aside for wildlife, it will contribute to a global movement. Let a tangle of plants serve as food for tiny creatures like insects. They in turn will serve as food for birds, and so on.
