When you wake up, your breathing speeds up as you fill your lungs with morning air, you get a glass of water, start your day outside, maybe just a walk across the green lawn to the car. When you go to bed, you do the same things and it starts all over the next day. Every little thing we do involves nature, involves every part of the earth and we don't even notice. But she notices, the earth feels us here and absorbs our impact. The least we can do is make that impact a good one.
