A wise primatologist once said We [humans] are part of, not separate from, the rest of the animal kingdom. While that is true, and with all due respect to Dr. Goodall, it is much bigger than that. We are part of, not separate from, the rest of the entire world. That provides us with an opportunity to not only maintain, but also better the very world that we are a part of. We should strive to achieve the greatest world so that future generations can grow up with the same beauty that we were able to grow up with, whether that means using more renewable resources or not destroying wildlife habitats. We were given this planet and its our choice what becomes of it.
