Trematode & Snail

Relationship: Parasitism

"A trematode is a parasitic worm that can be found in almost every fish, bird and turtle near the Great Barrier Reef. When a trematode hosts on a snail, it affects the snailís reproduction for life. The snail looks and behaves normally but instead of reproducing snails, it reproduces parasites instead!"
